Bakasana | Crow Pose

Crow pose is a fun arm balance that is accessible to people new to yoga.





How to:


  • Begin in a low squat with the feet wide.

  • Place the hands shoulder distance apart.

  • Tuck the knees up into the armpits.

  • Suck in the low belly and pull the legs in as you lean forward, keeping the chin lifted.
