Deep Hip Opening

Mobilizes the Hip Flexors, Quadriceps

Chest opening

Strengthens the shoulders and chest




Information


Begin on the belly.

Bend the legs and allow the knees to be wide.

Lift the chest and reach back for the feet with both hands.

Begin to rotate the shoulder so that the hands face forward.

Press down on the feet.


Hold for 5-10 breaths.
