Even though Liveology is widely known as a magazine, we actually started out as a mobile events business. Christina Mills is our founder and lead yoga teacher. Christina is an Ashtanga yoga practitioner, 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with the Yoga Alliance with over 1,000 registered teaching hours. She is happy to teach the Ashtanga Primary Series in its traditional form as well as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga asana practice for all levels, even youth. Clara Mills is our Director of Operations and often helps with setup and photography. We are proud to be a family business.
We can pop up a yoga class of any size, just about anywhere. We can also provide mats. We always add a little sparkle wherever we go. Tell us what you want, and we will help you to set the vibe. We're also happy to work with professional event planners.

Pricing
Events start at $150 for an hour long class, including setup and breakdown. Beyond that, it's an additional $75/hour. We can accommodate any variety of requests, including the rental of our black mats, multiple teachers for large groups, and travel. We are based in Atlanta, GA and love roadtrips. We are willing to drive to neighboring states at a rate of $0.20 a mile to help with gas.
Christina is happy to teach anywhere in the world for workshops and retreats. Overnight stays require reasonable accommodation. Once we come to an agreement, you're welcome to arrange the travel and accommodations, or we can invoice it. Note about reasonable accommodation: A private room with a host family would be lovely, but if the host is a single male, your home is not considered reasonable accommodation. Christina would require separate lodging such as an AirBnB or hotel room. Thank you for your understanding.
